Klingspor Abrasives 8" No Hole, Cloth Backed, Pressure Sensitive Adhesive, 80 Grit Discs, 5pk
Our PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) discs are made of full resin bonded Aluminum Oxide, heavy cloth backed material along with an adhesive that holds fast yet does not gum up your backing pad. Ideal for production situations that require discs to hold fast at high speeds and for repetitious, single-grit sanding of flat surfaces. Our competitors often use inferior materials or scrap in the manufacture of their discs.
We at KLINGSPOR'S WOODWORKING SHOP use only top quality industrial goods. You get an extended grit range so that you can pick the perfect finish every time. Each pre-glued disc attaches in seconds; simply peel off the release paper backing, stick, and sand.
These discs are manufactured from our premium Aluminum Oxide material which is suitable for use on all ferrous metals, hardwoods, leather, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, and most alloys.

Impressed with the quality
I bought these 80 grit discs with relatively low expectations but after comparing them directly with a more expensive product I was surprised to find that the klingspor discs worked much more quickly. I will definitely buy these again. I use them at 300 RPM for lapping steel. More testing required to see if they las longer but so far they haven't disappointed me. Also being that these are 80 grit I was surprised to find that they leave a fairly even finish so there weren't many deep gouges to sand out when I went up to 120 which saves time.

Works like a charm, high quality, great abrasive. fit like a glove, HEAVY duty backing. JUST what I wanted (Not a cheapo knock-off disc)
