Totalboat Thickset Cast & Coat Deep Pour 1 Gal. Resin Kit

ThickSet Cast + Coat Deep Pour Epoxy Resin Kits

Deep-pour epoxy is the best way to tackle 3-D casting and encapsulating projects! Pour single layers of resin up to 1/2″ thick for larger applications and up to 2″ thick for smaller molds. Our clear-casting epoxy kits create a clear liquid glass-like finish on bar tops, table tops & countertops embedded with your favorite objects and photos. UV-resistant formula retains brilliant clarity without yellowing over time from sunlight exposure. Cured epoxy is BPA-free & safer for surfaces in contact with food. ThickSet deep pour epoxy resin is also great for deep casting and molding projects to create unique sculptures, figurines, jewelry, and more.

Deep Pour Epoxy Resin turns ordinary things into extraordinary conversation pieces.

TotalBoat ThickSet is a deep pour epoxy system great for custom works of art on bar tops, counter tops, table tops, kitchen islands, kitchen counters, and bistro tables. Use this clear casting resin to make paperweights, lamp bases, chess sets, sculptures, jewelry — whatever you like!

Just measure, mix, and pour!

TotalBoat ThickSet makes it easy to get great results — even if you’ve never used epoxy before. Just measure carefully, stir thoroughly, and pour slowly onto your prepared surface or mold. The key is step pouring with multiple layers. This means pouring the next layer directly on top when the previous layer has cooled but is soft enough to indent with your fingernail.

  • Deep-pour resin is the best way to pour thicker layers of epoxy. Pour single layers up to 1/2" for larger and 2" for smaller pours. The resin is water-clear, high-gloss, and low-viscosity.
  • Self-leveling epoxy resin cures to a liquid glass-like finish to showcase embedded objects on bar tops and table tops, and is as hard as stone to protect from scratches and scuffs.
  • Long working time gives you more time to play and create, especially when covering larger surfaces.
  • A simple 1:1 resin and hardener mix ratio makes it easy for beginners to get great results.
  • Resistant to heat, scratches, and stains, and features UV protection to prevent yellowing and discoloration.
  • Low-VOC, low-odor formula is ideal for workshop, garage & indoor use.
  • Once cured, the durable epoxy surface is BPA-free and non-toxic, making it safer for tables that come into contact with food.
  • Take your art to the next level on wood, glass, ceramic, plastic, stone, concrete, and many other surfaces. Have fun, experiment, and pour your heart out!
