Description
Robo-Sander™ Flush Trim Sander
The Robo-Sander™ is designed to allow you to duplicate parts quickly and accurately. It works in much the same way as a flush trim router bit, but poses little risk to the work and requires only a drill press to use. It can be used to shape parts which are much too thick to attempt with a router and there is no tearout problem even with highly figured woods.
For best results cut the wood a bit oversize and sand along template with a steady even pressure.
Caution: Maximum safe speed is 2500 rpm. Do not use in router or shaper. Do not touch while spinning.

- Built-in template guide. A pilot bearing rolls along the workpiece and will not allow you to oversand.
