The clear acrylic lets you see the wood grain, helping you choose the best placement for your project. All shapes are laser-cut and feature polished edges. To protect against scratches during shipping, the acrylic comes with a protective mask on both sides.

Templates are available in various sizes, with the largest measuring 32 inches on the longest side.

How to Use the Coaster Router Template Kit:

5. Flush Trim: Use a flush trim router bit with a palm router or table to cut the board to match the template. Set the router bearing to the template and allow it to reference the side of the template all the way around to achieve a flush cut.
6. Fine-Tune and Sand: Use sandpaper or a wood file to refine rough edges and smooth out the board's surface after cutting. This step is essential for achieving a polished finish that showcases the template's design beautifully.
