How to Use:

5. Flush Trim: Use a flush trim router bit and a palm router or table router to cut the board to match the template. Set the router bearing against the template, allowing it to reference the side all around. This will ensure a flush cut of your wood to the template shape.
6. Fine-Tune and Sand: Use sandpaper or a wood file to refine rough edges and smooth the board's surface after cutting. This step is essential for achieving a polished finish and ensuring the design shines beautifully.
7. Finish to Perfection: Apply your preferred finish—stain, oil, epoxy, etc.—to enhance the wood's natural beauty and protect it from wear and tear. Allow the finish to dry completely before handling or displaying your finished wooden board.
