All shapes are laser cut, ensuring polished edges as much as possible. Each acrylic piece has protective masking material on both sides to prevent scratches during shipping.

How to Use:

1. Select Your Wood: For the best results, choose a high-quality wood plank of your desired size and thickness. Ensure it is smooth and free from defects.
2. Secure the Template: Place the acrylic template on top of your wooden plank, aligning it carefully to achieve the desired design. The clear templates allow you to see the grain while positioning for better control over your finished wood piece. Secure the template using clamps or double-sided tape to prevent movement during the cutting process.
3. Trace the Design: With the template securely in place, use a pencil or marking tool to trace the design outline onto the wooden surface. Take time to ensure accurate tracing, which will guide your cutting process.
4. Cut with Precision: Once the design is traced onto the wood, use your preferred cutting tool, whether it’s a jigsaw, bandsaw, or scroll saw, to cut along the traced lines carefully. Cut close to the line to remove excess material; a flush trim router bit will be used for precise finishing later.
5. Flush Trim: Use a flush trim router bit with a palm router or table to cut the board to match the template exactly. Set the router bearing to the template, allowing it to reference the side of the template all the way around for a perfect flush cut.
6. Fine-Tune and Sand: After cutting, use sandpaper or a wood file to refine any rough edges and smooth the board's surface. This step is essential for achieving a polished finish and ensuring the template's design shines beautifully.
7. Finish to Perfection: Apply your preferred finish—whether it’s stain, oil, epoxy, etc.—to enhance the natural beauty of the wood and protect it from wear and tear. Allow the finish to dry completely before handling or displaying your finished wooden board.
