Introducing the Portable Edgebander CBC.E! Its retractable legs and feet make it easy to transport and it can use any type of edgebanding tape up to 3” high and 2mm wide. With its manual cutter, precise cutting of the tape is easy, and the digital control temperature panel and glue pot with a 1.5-pound (700-gram) capacity ensure smooth and efficient operation. The glue pot features a unique spiral glue bar, which raises the glue from the pot and flows back down like a fondue fountain. The CBC.E uses low-temperature pellet glues, and we recommend glues that work in the range of 130° up to 180° Celsius. The glue flow rate is adjustable for added flexibility. The CBC.E also features an emergency button that instantly shuts down all machine

Portable Edgebanding
Equipped with granulated hot-melt low-temperature glue and a temperature range of 130° to 180º C. This versatile machine can handle tape up to 3 inches in width and thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 2 mm. It also features a feeder speed of 0 to 8 feet per minute. Our Edgebander packs a powerful punch with 1,300 W of power and a 1-phase motor. It can operate at either 127 V with 10.2 A or 220 V with 5.5 A. At a weight of 114 lbs, it is easy to transport and set up in any workspace.

The Portable Edgebander CBC.E is designed for convenience, portability, and efficiency. It has retractable legs for easy transportation. Works with edge banding tape width up to 3” and thickness 0.3mm -2mm. The built-in manual cutter provides a precise cut of the tape. With a digital temperature control panel, you can easily control the glue temperature and the glue pot capacity is 1.5 pounds (700 grams).

A spiral bar raises the glue from the glue pot and flows back down, similar to a fondue fountain. It uses low temperature pellet glue, Maksiwa recommends glue that works in the range of 130° up to 180° Celsius.

There is also an adjustment for the glue flow rate. Safety features include an emergency button, which will instantly shut down all machine controls
