Description
Before beginning the buffing process, sand the wood surface to 220 - 320 grit. Soft woods may benefit from an application of a sealer coat of oil. Allow the sealer to fully cure before beginning the buffing process.
This is a semi-stiff all-linen wheel that is to be loaded with Red Tripoli compound. This will remove scratches and imperfections in the surface of the wood.
Buffing properly is a three step process. It would be counterproductive to use the same wheel for all three steps.
