Description
As a world leader in manufacturing industrial abrasives, Klingspor has ample opportunity to reduce your sanding costs by making available every possible piece of first quality, industrial sanding material whether we think it's scrap or not. We found ourselves tossing out precious pounds of edge rolls that are taken from our automated machines when the "jumbo rolls" are cut into smaller, more convenient rolls.
The "trim" is perfectly good, first quality narrow roll stock typically in widths from 1/2" wide to 4" wide. These, we found are perfect for lathe work, sanding spindles, chair legs and other turned parts. Have you ever thought that sandpaper could handle your initial stock removal while your "turning chuck" is first placed on the lathe? We tried this and it saves your tools from excessive wear and will never bog down your lathe.
For this cheap price, isn't it worth it? Also consider this deal if you find yourself constantly buying rolls to complete odd jobs around the house from plumbing to window glazing. As with our other bargain boxes, a more than generous supply is included because the rolls are longer in length and variety is a necessity to complete many different jobs. To you this means never running around the house looking for that special strip of sandpaper to either keep your lathe projects looking their best or tackling a task in the bathroom, all at a price that saves you hundreds of dollars!
Do yourself a favor, buy the Bargain Box of End Rolls today! Remember, save the environment, more sandpaper put to good use is less in landfills!

limited range of grits
I received 11 pounds of 100 grit, 5 pounds of 120, 3 pounds of 150 and 1.5 pounds of 220. So I got a bonus .5 pounds but this was NOT the woodturners delight of medium and fine paper I had dreamed of. Based on other reviews I was expecting at least some above 220. :(

20# sandpaper box
Sandpaper works well Don’t know if possible but would be nice to have 1 roll which is finer than 220.

Very nice quality. Like other reviews, wish there was a bit more variety.

A great sanding value
I was amazed and delighted with the quality and quantity of the 20# Lathe Bargain Box of End Rolls. The 100, 120 and 150 grits use a stiff fabric backing; 180 and above use a thinner backing which conforms to curves easier. I’m impressed how well these sand cherry and maple. This 20# box is a wonderful value IMO. I’m going to take paper samples to my next woodturner’s meeting to show the members.

Skewed
My box contained 11 rolls. 9 rolls ranged from 100-180. 2 rolls were 400. Yes it’s a bargain but still. What the heck

turners bargain box
Wow, that's a lot of sandpaper! i received one 320, a couple each of 150 and 180, one big roll of 100 grit and a bunch of 120 rolls. Would have liked more of the finer grits but I can't complain. There is nowhere else I could even get one of each of these rolls anywhere near this price, and it's high-quality paper. I have given away half a dozen rolls and still see this lasting me a long time.

20 lb Bargain Lathe Sandpaper Box
Wow! I really underestimated how much 20 pounds of sandpaper is. I'll be set for a while! It came with 60, 120, 180, 220, and 400 grit rolls. 2 of each. Exactly what I needed.

What a great idea
This box was perfect for us as beginner lathe turners that needed a large range of grits. I could easily see this also being a great option for large restocks or high volume woodworkers. We got all but 2 grits that we needed to get a great finish on our projects. Also love that this helps reduce what would otherwise be manufacturing waste/scraps. Will definitely buy again.

Good price needed more variety
I loved this box. Really want to give it a 3.5 due to the below. The only critique I have is that it needs a higher range of paper. Mine stopped at 320 and may have had a very small amount of 400. I did order 2 boxes. The other box which was a variety not the lathe box had grist up to 600. so I was able to improvise. Is it worth the money? Yes. Does it have a wide variety of grits. Up to the 300's yes. If I could select a box of only fine to finest grits I would be willing to pay $35 for a 20# box of this
