Headgear With Clear Face Shield

There's no padding on the back section of the head strap, and the stiff top strap digs into my head. It's really uncomfortable compared to my last one. The visor sits so close to my face that it tends to bump my nose and fogs really easily. Also, no matter how hard I crank down the visor knobs, the visor won't stay up. It's only advantage is that it's cheap. I may try adding some padding, but I don't know how to keep the visor elevated or away from my face.
